The ingredients needed to cook Sultana and orange traybake:

  1. You need 225 g of butter/margerine.
  2. Provide 225 g of Caster sugar.
  3. Get 275 g of self raising flour.
  4. Get 2 tsp of baking powder.

  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of milk.

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a tray bake tin (approx 30x23cm).
  2. Put all the ingredients apart from the demerara sugar in the bowl and beat together until well mixed.
  3. Turn into the tin and level the mixture out.
  4. Put into the oven and bake for about 25 mins then take out, sprinkle the top with the demerara sugar and return to the oven for a further 10-15 mins.
  5. Take out from the oven and let cool in the tin.
  6. Cut into pieces ready to eat.
